If you are looking for content about the water plan try typing "water plan" complete with double quotes into the search box to explicitly search for the phrase.
If you are looking for information on fresh water but want to exclude the fresh water plan, simply use the "-" sign in front of the word you want to exclude. For example, fresh water -plan.
If you want to include results that contain similar words or synonyms, use the "~" in front of the word. For example, fresh water ~plan.
If you a re looking for a specific file type, you can use the "filetype:" modifier. For example, water plan filetype:pdf.
By default, when you do a search, all the terms specified in the search will be included in the results. If you are looking for more terms to match, then you can use the OR operator. For example, water or plan.
