Floodway Grazing Unit Tender

Written tenders are invited for the lease of a farm unit within the Lower Mataura floodway at Titiroa.
The farm consists of 127 hectares of reasonably heavy developed pasture, of which approximately 94 hectares is floodable. The remaining area is hilly ridges on which the house, wintering shed, etc are located.
The lease for this property will commence on 1 July 2012 and will be for a period of three years.
Tenders marked “Floodway Grazing Unit Tender” will be received at the offices of Environment Southland, corner of North Road and Price Street, Waikiwi, Invercargill, un until 4.00 pm on Friday, 10 February 2012.
