Proposed Plan Change 10A (Closed Landfills)to the Regional Water Plan for Southland – Notification of Availability of Summary of Decisions Requested in Submissions
A Summary of Decisions Requested in Submissions on proposed Plan Change 10A (Closed Landfills) to the Regional Water Plan for Southland has been prepared by Environment Southland under clause 7(1) of the First Schedule of the Resource Management Act 1991.
Environment Southland has received 2 submissions on the proposed Plan Change. Copies of the full submissions may be inspected at the offices of Environment Southland, corner of Price Street and North Road, Waikiwi, Invercargill.
A summary of all decisions requested by persons making submissions has been prepared and can be inspected:

- on Environment Southland’s website: www.es.govt.nz
Alternatively, copies of the summaries can be requested free of charge by contacting Sue Scott, Customer Services Officer, Environment Southland by email: service@es.govt.nz or telephone: (03) 211 5115 or toll free (within Southland) 0800 76 88 45.
A standard form for making a further submission in support or opposition is attached to the summary document. Alternatively, further submissions can be made in the manner of Form 6 of the Resource Management (Forms, Fees and Procedure) Regulations 2003.
Further submissions must be received by Environment Southland by4.30 pm, Monday 7 November 2011.

A copy of the further submission must be delivered to the person/company/organisation making the original submission within five working days of delivering the further submission to Environment Southland.
