Regional Effluent Land Application Plan for Southland – to be revoked in part

Environment Southland gives public notice of the fact that it has approved the inclusion Policies 42, 42A, 43 and Rule 50 in the Regional Water Plan for Southland which were introduced by Plan Change 1 (Farm Dairy Effluent). Current Rule 5.4.1 of the Regional Effluent Land Application Plan for Southland shall be revoked from the time these plan provisions become operative.
Environment Southland is the brand name of Southland Regional Council.
