Tenders called for provision of cleaning services

Environment Southland is seeking tenders for cleaning services for all of the buildings on its property at the corner of Price Street and North Road Invercargill. The total floor area covered is approximately 2,650 m2.
Tenders are sought from suitably experienced and resourced operators. Tender documents are available from Doug McIntosh, Property Officer, by email to doug.mcintosh@es.govt.nz or post Private Bag 90116, Invercargill 9840. Enquiries may be made via email or phone to (03) 211 5115.
The closing date for tenders is Friday, 17 February 2012, at 4.00 pm. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
