Public notice is hereby given pursuant to S.95A Resource Management Act 1991 that the following application for resource consent has been received by Environment Southland.
R K Raymond-Williams - Discharge and Water Permit Application R110-001
Discharge Permit to replace an existing discharge permit to discharge effluent to land from up to 599 cows. The effluent discharge is a discretionary activity under Rule 5.4.6 of the Regional Effluent Land Application Plan for Southland.
Water Permit to replace an existing water permit to take up to 71,880 litres of groundwater from a single bore. The proposal is a discretionary activity under Rule 23(c)(i) of the Regional Water Plan for Southland.
Purpose: dairy farming operation.
Location: Caesar Road, Kapuka at about NZMS 260 F47:725-054.

Submissions on the above application must be received by Environment Southland no later than the end of working hours on Monday 5 March 2012. A submission form is available from Environment Southland. Submissions may also be forwarded by email to service@es.govt.nz
